 Here is a sequence of Yoga Positions. This is known as a Vinyasa. Let us guide you through it so you can practice at home.
The first Yoga Position is a forward bend. Do this for at least 8 breaths.
The second is mild crunches for abdominal muscles. Come up and down 12 times.
The third is a lying spinal twist with the knees bend. Hold for 5 breaths each side.
The fourth is the bridge position. Hold for about 10 breaths.
